• Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• To modify an existing booking, you must contact the hotel directly.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in times are flexible to suit guest needs.
• Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• All reservations are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damages caused may result in additional charges.

5. Facility Use

• Hotel facilities are reserved for registered guests only and must be used according to the provided guidelines.
